Ordering process
Onlineshop: Visit our new onlineshop and place your order comfortably.
Ordering: Just write a short E-Mail with the Order-Numbers you want to purchase and your delivery and billing address to info(at)breitband-lambda.de After receiving your order we'll check it and you'll get a order confirmation via E-Mail. Shipping is done usually 2-3 days after sending the confirmation.
Shipping: Shipping costs are:
- Germany: 6.00 Euro
- EU: 15.00 Euro
- Switzerland: 18.00 Euro
Shipping to other countries on request.
Please note: Shipping to USA and Canada is not possible yet!
VAT: All prices are with 19% German VAT! When shipping outside EU or if you have a VAT-Number you will get VAT refunded.
Payment
Payment in advance: Orders from Germany can be paid in advance (bank-transfer) or on account (payable immediately without discount). Orders outside from Germany can only be paid in advance (bank-transfer).
PayPal: After ordering you will get a payment request from PayPal. Please follow the instructions from PayPal. After receiving your payment parts will be shipped as usual.
- PayPal Fees Germany: 2%
- PayPal Fees Others: 4%
On Account: After receiving the invoice transfer the invoice amount to following bank account:
